DIVORCE, § 78 — condonation and insanity, sufficiency of evidence. Divorce on ground of cruelty was properly denied plaintiff, where evidence showed that defendant was insane at the time of the acts complained of, although he was not adjudged insane until later, and also that plaintiff, by continuing to cohabit with defendant up to the time he was declared insane, condoned the acts complained of.
