An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 8, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And counsel for the subject children having moved for leave to file a supplemental brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeal to the December 2020 Term, and granting the Children leave to file an original and five copies of their supplemental brief on or before October 9, 2020 for said Term. Sua sponte, petitioner father is granted leave to file a reply brief on or before November 9, 2020 for said Term.
