In an action to recover quantum meruit for legal services rendered, order denying appellants' motion to renew their previous motion for a new trial on the ground that it was an abuse of discretion to refuse an adjournment of the trial, pending the arrival of a material witness from Europe, and to be relieved of a stipulation setting a conditional date for trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
