BRADFORD A. CARL & MARY L. CARL, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's September 12, 2022 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. We continued it to enable the parties to try to settle at IRS Appeals. The AO had sent it back to Exam, which then returned it to the AO. The parties recently report that the AO needs more time to complete her review. They reasonably ask to report again in July if they haven't settled by then. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before July 3, 2023 the parties shall submit decision documents or file a joint status report describing their progress at IRS Appeals.
