IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by Haight Brown Bonesteel LLP, through Paul K. Song, attorneys for plaintiffs CARL STUDER VINOTHEK AG; KRACHER KG; and FINE WINE TRADER ("Plaintiffs"), and by Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, through Jess Millikan, attorneys for defendant LIGHTNING CARRIERS and J.E. LOWDEN CO. ("Defendants"), that this matter has settled to the satisfaction of all parties herein and that the parties agree that this matter may now be dismissed with prejudice. Each parry to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

ORDER

This matter will be dismissed with prejudice.
