In an action for a separation and for rescission of a separation agreement, the appeal is from an order dismissing the complaint for failure to prosecute (Civ. Prac. Act, § 181; Rules Civ. Prac., rule 156), unless the action be noticed for the March 1959 Term. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
