Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Love, Kimball and Piper, JJ.


Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, without prejudice to making a new motion to consolidate the Erie County action with the Niagara County action for the purpose of trial in Niagara County. All concur. (The order denies a motion by defendants Lang Bakery and Krause that the actions be consolidated for the purpose of trial only in Erie County in automobile negligence actions.)
