ORDER
The reporter's record was filed February 25, 2016, including a photocopy of the DVD containing the State's Exhibit No. 4, a forensic interview. On May 5, 2016, this Court ordered Debi Harris to file, by May 20, 2016, a supplemental record containing the State's Exhibit no. 4, the DVD of the forensic interview. When the record was not filed by May 20, 2016, we again ordered Ms. Harris to file a supplemental record containing the State's Exhibit no. 4, the DVD of the forensic interview by June 3, 2016. We warned that the failure to comply would result in the Court utilizing its available remedies, which could include ordering that Harris not sit as a court reporter until the supplemental record is filed. To date, Ms. Harris has not filed the supplemental record containing the State's Exhibit no. 4, the DVD of the forensic interview.
Accordingly, we ORDER Debi Harris to file, by JULY 27, 2016, a supplemental record containing the State's Exhibit no. 4, the DVD of the forensic interview.
We further ORDER that Debi Harris not sit as a court reporter until she has filed the supplemental record containing the State's Exhibit no. 4, the DVD of the forensic interview, in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Don Adams, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 2; Velma Loza, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 2, Debi Harris, court reporter, Auxiliary Court #8; the Dallas County Auditor's Office; and to counsel for all parties.
