On May 15, 2024, the Court held a teleconference with the parties. During the call, petitioner notified the Court and respondent that his mother recently passed away. Under the circumstances, respondent indicated no objection to the case being continued from the Court's May 20, 2024 Denver, Colorado Trial Session.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 20, 2024 Denver, Colorado Trial Session and this case is continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's April 12, 2024 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is denied.
