ALEX CARCAMO, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 292nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F18-33424-V , F18-33521-V & F18-33524-V

ORDER

Before the Court is the State's May 22, 2020 motion to supplement the record. In the motion, the State notes that State's Exhibit 12 was a color photographic lineup administered to two eyewitnesses. The copies in the reporter's record are black and white and, as stated in the State's motion, "do not adequately reflect the appearances of the suspects pictured. In fact, the photos barely show people in them at all."

We GRANT the State's motion and ORDER court reporter Peri Wood to file a supplemental reporter's record with color copies of State's Exhibit 12 within TWELVE DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Brandon Birmingham, Presiding Judge, 292nd Judicial District Court; Peri Wood, official court reporter, 292nd Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.

/s/ ROBERT D. BURNS, III

CHIEF JUSTICE
