Based on the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal With Prejudice entered into between Plaintiff and Defendant in the above-entitled action, and for good cause shown,

It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the above-entitled action and all asserted causes of action are hereby dismissed with prejudice and on the merits, against Defendant with each of the parties to bear, respectively, its own costs and attorneys' fees.
