Defendants Skydeck Corporation, Bison Baseball, Inc., Rich Products Corporation and Rich Entertainment Group having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on August 22, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Christopher E. Wilkins, Esq., sworn to February 27, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraphs of the orders of this Court entered January 2, 2014, and January 3, 2014, are hereby amended by deleting the date March 3, 2014, and inserting in its place the date April 2, 2014.
