ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On May 1, 2023, the Court served an Order to Show Cause on petitioner Marianne Capobianco, instructing her to on or before May 22, 2023, file a response with the Court and show cause in writing why respondent's Motion for Continuance filed April 28, 2023, should not be granted. On May 26, 2023, the Court held a conference call witht he parties wherein all parties were present and indicated they agreed with respondent's Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served May 1, 2023 is made absolute.
