ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Winston-Salem, North Carolina trial session, which is scheduled to begin May 30, 2023. On April 28, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, therein asking the Court to strike the case from the May 30, 2023, calendar and return it to the General Docket so that the parties may have more time to resolve the case. Petitioner Justin R. Capobianco did not object, however, respondent indicated that petitioner Marianne Capobianco's views as to the granting of this motion are unknown.

Upon du consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 22, 2023, petitioner Marianne Capobianco shall file a response with the Court and show cause in writing why respondent's Motion for Continuance filed April 28, 2023, should not be granted.
