Respondent having moved for permission to file and serve a single oversized brief on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered September 13, 2019, and October 15, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to file a single brief in response to appellants' briefs, on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before August 26, 2020, in accordance with this Court's rules, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to file an oversized brief.
