On September 12, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for partial summary judgment [Doc. 31] and some declarations in support of the motion [Docs. 32-33]. We will direct petitioner to file a response to this motion and allow the Commissioner to file a reply to that response. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 9, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion for partial summary judgment filed September 12, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before October 30, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a reply to the petitioner's response to the motion for partial summary judgment.
