Due to an inadvertent clerical error, it is

ORDERED that paragraph 17 of the Court's pretrial scheduling Order served September 11, 2024, is amended as follows:

"17. January 13, 2025: Trial commences to focus only on non-valuation issues." It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's Order served September 11, 2024, remains in full force and effect.
