On May 31, 2024, docket entry 53, the parties filed a First Stipulation of Facts, consisting of paragraphs 1 through 20, with attached Exhibits 1-J through 19-J, at docket entries 54 and 55. On May 31, 2024, docket entry 56, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that the parties continue to work together to resolve the Motions to Compel in this case and are currently conducting discovery and conferring regarding proposed trial dates. In addition, the parties anticipate filing a Second Stipulation of Facts. The parties request permission to file a further joint status report in ninety (90) days.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 9, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents or file with the Court a status report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of this case.
