MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court has before it the parties' April 10, 2006 joint motion to reverse and remand. In their motion, they assert that they have agreed to settle the appeal and ask this Court to reverse the judgment and remand with instructions to dismiss with prejudice. Without reference to the merits of the case, we GRANT the parties' motion to the extent that we REVERSE the judgment of the trial court and REMAND the case to the trial court with instructions to dismiss the case pursuant to the parties' agreement. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1.
