DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to accept County Court record, for extension of time to perfect appeals, waiver of fees, to change caption and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to accept the County Court record is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to an application by appellant in Schenectady County Court on or before September 5, 2014 to settle the record, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to October 20, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to change the caption is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issue being raised upon the argument of the appeals, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for waiver of fees and for further relief is denied, without costs.
