ORDER
On September 10, 2019, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file his brief. Appellant requested an extension in part because volumes 10, 12, 14, and 15 of the reporter's record had not yet been filed. Thereafter, volumes 10, 12, and 14 of the reporter's record were filed. As of this date, volume 15 is the only volume of the reporter's record that has not been filed. The master index of the reporter's record shows that volumes 10, 12, 14, and 15 are from pre-trial hearings.
On September 23, 2019, the court reporter responsible for filing volume 15 of the reporter's record, Gay Richey, filed a notification of late record, seeking an extension of time to October 20, 2019. Ms. Richey's request for an extension of time to file volume 15 of the reporter's record is GRANTED. Ms. Richey is ORDERED to file volume 15 of the reporter's record on or before October 21, 2019; however, Ms. Richey is advised that no further extensions of time to file the reporter's record will be granted absent extenuating circumstances.
Appellant's motion for extension of time to file his brief is GRANTED. Appellant's brief is due on or before October 25, 2019.
