We REINSTATE this appeal.
Pursuant to our November 8, 2024 order, the trial court conducted a hearing and made written findings regarding the filing of the following document in a supplemental clerk's record - Plaintiffs' Response to Motion for New Trial and Special Appearance ("Document'). A supplemental clerk's record has been filed with the trial court's written findings and the Document.
The reporter's record of the hearing remains due December 6, 2024.
Appellants shall file their opening brief no later than January 2, 2025.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Official Court Reporter Jennifer Jacobs and all parties.
