ORDER

After we granted the State's first motion for an extension of time to file the brief, the State's brief was due on October 28, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(d). No brief was filed, and this court notified the State it needed to file its brief and a reasonable explanation within ten days to avoid submitting on the appellate record. On November 5, 2020, the State's second motion for extension of time to file its brief and its brief were filed.

The State's motion is GRANTED; its brief is deemed timely filed. See id.
