Application to the Zoning Hearing Board of Abington Township for variance or special exception. Application denied. Applicant appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. Appeal sustained. CIRILLO, J. Township appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Decision affirmed. ( 43 Pa. Commw. 132) Held: Original opinion affirmed.
