This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 22, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. On January 27, 2023, the Court served a Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 5) and a Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 6), which were later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which petitioner Jamill R. Canteberry's Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Insufficient Address - Unable to Forward."

On February 28, 2023, respondent informally provided Court personnel with petitioner Jamill R. Canteberry's current mailing address. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the (1) Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 5), and (2) Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 6) on petitioner Jamill R. Canteberry at his current address.
