Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for vacatur of the dismissal of their appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 1, 2017, and for an enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted, the appeal is reinstated, and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the May 2019 Term.
