This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 27, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session.

On January 10, 2023, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing the parties to each show cause, in writing, why the Court should not dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not timely filed. On February 3, 2023, respondent filed a response to the Order to Show Cause arguing that the petition was timely filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served January 10, 2023, is hereby discharged. 1
