Order sustaining defendant's objections to certain questions asked of defendant's employee, John N. Anderson, on his examination before trial, and denying plaintiffs' motion to compel the witness to answer the questions objected to, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
