LC No. 23-000070-MT

ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the March 19, 2024 order is a consent judgment that does not include any provision allowing for an appeal as to issues decided in any earlier non-final order. A party that agrees to the entry of a judgment is not an aggrieved party and cannot appeal the judgment. MCR 7.203(A); Sandoval v Farmers Insurance Exchange,___ Mich. App___;____ NW3d___ (Docket Nos. 361166 and 361176); slip op at 4.
