Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury and tried to the court, Moraghan, J.; judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court denied the defendants' motion to open the judgment, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
