ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge

This case was called for trial on February 7, 2023, at the New York, New York trial session. The parties appeared and were heard. At trial, the record was held open for the submission of additional documents relevant to the pending dispute in this case.

On June 5, 2023, the record in this case was closed and the case was deemed submitted. On June 8, 2023, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that he had received petitioner's consent, Form 3288, to obtain information from the Social Security Administration (SSA). By order, dated July 11, 2023, the Court directed respondent to seek the relevant information from the SSA and to advise the Court as to whether it was relevant to the pending dispute in this case.

On September 14, 2023, respondent filed a status report with attachments of the documents received from the SSA.

ORDERED that the record is reopened to admit the additional documentation attached to respondent's status report filed September 14, 2023 (docket index #28), and the record is now closed. It is further

ORDERED that the Court assigns the identifiers to the following documents:

a. Exhibit D-R: Social Security Administration Fax (pages 5-7 of docket index #28)
b. Exhibit E-R: Letter from Social Security Administration (pages 8-10 of docket index #28).
