On February 28, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order dated February 15, 2023, is amended, in that, the record in this matter shall remain open for petitioner to (1) provide respondent with documentation to substantiate the nature of payments made from the Social Security Administration, and (2) provide medical information and additional supporting documents, on or before April 14, 2023. Respondent shall, on or before April 21, 2023, review the information provided and confer with petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 28, 2023, file status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this matter. It is further

ORDERED that the Memorandum of Law, due March 24, 2023, per the Court's February 15, 2023 Order, is no longer required.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
