On May 28, 2024, a third-party Motion to Intervene was filed, and the Court granted petitioner's Motion for Protective Order, filed May 29, 2024, and sealed the Motion to Intervene. The Court will give counsel for the intervenors a deadline to file a redacted version of their motion and an objection. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that if counsel for the intervenors have any objection to their motion to intervene being sealed, they need to file an objection and a redacted version of their motion to intervene in compliance with the Court's Rules on or before June 28, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that if counsel for the intervenors files an objection to the sealing of their motion, respondent and petitioner are directed on or before July 12, 2024, to file a response. It is further

ORDERED that in addition to the usual service upon the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Joseph A.
