ORDER

PER CURIAM

Before the court is David Canales, Jr., David Adrian Canales, and Angie Marie Canales's ("Canales") motion for extension of time to file their briefs, which also asks for extensions for Edward Curtis Vandenberg to file his briefs. Vandenberg does not oppose the motion. The motion is granted. In accordance with our order of September 27, 2022 setting a briefing schedule:

• Canaleses' brief as appellants is due November 28, 2022 with a word limit of 15,000 words;
• Vandenberg's combined response brief as appellee and brief as appellant is due January 31, 2023 with a word limit of 20,000 words with neither portion of the brief to exceed 15,000 words;
• Canaleses' combined reply brief as appellants (if any) and response brief as appellees is due March 3, 2023, with a word limit of 12,000 words with the reply portion not to exceed 7,000 words; and
• Vandenberg's reply brief as appellant (if any) is due March 24, 2023 with a word limit of 7,000 words.
