This case is set for trial at the Court's November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. Respondent's Motion for Continuance filed November 7, 2022, asks the Court to remove the case from the trial calendar and retain jurisdiction. Petitioner indicated on a conference call with the Court on November 3, 2022, that she does not object to a continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the November 14, 2022, Chicago, Illinois, session of the Court and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.

ORDERED that on or before January 5, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
