ORDER

On February 2, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, New York, on February 27, 2023. Both parties appeared and were heard. The parties mutually agreed and requested a continuance. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute filed, February 2, 2023, is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 29, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court a signed decision document or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
