DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Sandra Baker for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 11, 2012, which affirmed two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 1, 2010, and November 8, 2010, respectively, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 12, 2012, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
