Campbell v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jan 23, 1996
666 So. 2d 1017 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1996)

Opinion

No. 94-4245.

January 23, 1996.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Alachua County; Osee R. Fagan, Judge.

Nancy A. Daniels, Public Defender; P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General; James W. Rogers, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for appellee.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. Appellant contends the revocation order is deficient, in that it does not set forth the specific conditions of probation which appellant was found to have violated. We affirm the order revoking probation, but remand for amendment of the order to reflect the specific terms and conditions of probation violated. Cue v. State, 619 So.2d 471 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993).

BENTON and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., concur.
