Opinion

Upon consideration of the order to show cause, and following a review of the responses filed by the parties, the appeal is dismissed without prejudice to appellant filing a petition with the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission seeking to vacate the original order and re-entry of an appealable order. The employer/appellee shall be given an opportunity to respond to the petition and to the relief sought. See Etienne v. Simco Recycling Corp., 721 So.2d 399 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998).
