Order entered on May 12, 1961, denying defendant's motion for consolidation, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to plaintiffs-respondents, with leave, however, to defendant Newsday, Inc., to renew its motion in the event the default in the action Campbell v. McFarland ( 14 A.D.2d 526) is vacated.
