The petition for writ of mandamus is granted and the Circuit Court for Leon County is directed to enter a final order in the matter of Campbell v. McNeil, 2009-CA-003802, within a reasonable time, not to exceed 60 days from issuance of mandate in this cause.

PETITION GRANTED.
