ORDER AMENDING OPINION

IT IS ORDERED the opinion filed April 25, 2017, is amended as follows:

The first sentence in the first full paragraph on page 6 is amended to read:

Ms. Drollinger also testified at the December 8 hearing, questioned by her lawyer, who focused on her online activities warning people about Mr. Campbell.
And the third sentence in the second full paragraph on page 6 is amended to read:
It found that the remainder of her conduct could reasonably be perceived as "a deliberate attempt to keep [Mr. Campbell] under surveillance" and was conduct that would cause a reasonable person to be annoyed or concerned about their safety and welfare.
