JANET L. CAMPBELL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 26, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the proposed decision document does not address petitioner's liability, if any, for the I.R.C. section 6654(a) addition to tax determined in the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based. That being so, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 30, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
