ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On August 15, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss. Also on August 15, 2023, petitioner filed a supplement to her motion. On September 28, 2023 respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On October 5, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 21, 2023, respondent shall file an objection to petitioner's Motion to Dismiss, as supplemented, and petitioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that, on of before November 21, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court.
