On May 31, 2023, the Court issued a Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order to petitioners. On June 12, 2023, the mail was returned to the U.S. Tax Court as undeliverable. The returned letter included a U.S.P.S. sticker that stated that the forward time had expired and included a new address for petitioner. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change petitioners' address of record to the one listed on the returned mail and re-serve the Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order on petitioners at the new address.
