This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed November 9, 2022. On January 5, 2023, respondent filed an objection to petitioner's motion. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2023, the parties shall confer regarding the status of the case and the parties' views as to the above-referenced pending motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 10, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report or separate reports as to the then present case, noting therein their views on the above-referenced motion. The status reports should also describe the current progress in the case, what actions the parties have taken to prepare this case for trial or other resolution, and whether the parties have been able to confer as directed.
