DIVORCE, § 193increase in defendant's income as ground for increasing alimony. Where plaintiff petitioned for increase in alimony, and it appeared from record that defendant's income had greatly increased since decree was entered and that amount paid plaintiff under such decree was insufficient to meet her living expenses, held that increase in alimony to meet changed conditions was within power of court.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. MICHAEL FEINBERG, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1945.
