Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the District of Connecticut.

Action by the Campbell Company against the Commercial Shirt Corporation for infringement of patent No. 2,033,681 for a collar of semi-soft or fused one-piece type. From a judgment for defendant, 37 F. Supp. 183, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
