Motion of defendant to enter judgment nunc pro tunc. Cross-motion of plaintiff to strike cause from docket. Motion of defendant granted and motion of plaintiff denied.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Perry county; the Hon. Jesse R. Brown, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the February term, 1928.
