FINAL ORDER AND JUDGMENT


The above-styled case having been remanded from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the opinion of that Court is made the Order and Judgment of this Court . This Court specifically finds Atlanta City Code § 138-188(b) of the 2003 Festivals Ordinance is unconstitutional on its face insofar as it exempts events that are ca-sponsored by the City of Atlanta from complying with the procedures set forth in the 2003 Festivals Ordinance. A co-sponsored event is one that is in major part financed, executed and initiated by the City of Atlanta. CAMP Legal Defense Fund, Inc. v. City of Atlanta, 451 F.3d 1257, 1279-1281 (11th Cir. 2006).
